POW/MIA “Missing Man” table ceremony

Each year we honor and remember those who have been taken as Prisoners of War and/or are still Missing in Action.

As mentioned on our POW/MIA Recognition Day page, we honor and remember our nation’s Prisoners of War and Missing in Action with a modest table and a small ceremony on the third Friday in September every year.

This year was no different, and our Auxiliary Chaplain Judy Ebi once again read the details of the table setting and the meaning of each piece as our Auxiliary President Shirley Lance placed the items.

Please enjoy this video from earlier today (apologies for the shakiness – the Adjutant didn’t bring a tripod).
