On Veterans Day, there are many restaraunts in our area that offer free meals to veterans. This has become a common thing, but very few truly appreciate the meaning of the day and the people under the Veteran caps.

We would like to take this moment to give a special shout out to Brian Predmore, manager of the Wenatchee Denny’s, for making space to display a proper Fallen Soldier’s Table (also known as the Missing Man or POW/MIA table) in his restaraunt on Veterans Day. Thank you for honoring and recognizing Veterans, ensuring this important display had a dedicated space for all to see.

Post Member Harold Peart also brough it to our attention that the display was missing two flags, so our Post made sure he had the essential last pieces.

Denny’s is located at 1337 N Wenatchee Ave and has a generous Veterans Discount every day of the year.
